On Prohibition and Exemption

Now behold that there are certain occupations in which it is prohibited for a Maratrean initiate to be employed; however, they may receive a decree of exemption from the Prophet-in-Council, or the delegate thereof. And the Prophet-in-Council, or delegate, shall issue a decree of exemption if they judge that it is in the best interest of her Cause to do so. Now such decrees of exemption shall last for three years; at their expiry, they may be renewed if the Prophet-in-Council, or delegate, judges that it is in the best interest of her Cause to do so. And they may be renewed, for a further three years each time, as many times as is deemed necessary.
